This Royal villa is located in Sinquerim Candolim on the foot of the Aguada hill. It is among North Goa’s classiest seaside locations, just five minutes walk from the Sinquerim beach. 

Our Royal villa offers exotic and exclusive indulgences as the villas is built in the style of the traditional homestead of Goa. This villas has its own private courtyard with a private pool, ensuring the creation of fabulous memories.

Each of the four en-suite bedrooms have been furnished with a king size bed / twin beds, a seating area, a writing desk, a wardrobe, attached bathroom and an electronic safe. All the bedrooms come equipped with an AC and LCD TV with satellite connection.

The villa has two bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms including the master bedroom on the first floor.

The kitchen is also fully equipped for your cooking pleasure.

A large deck area around the swimming pool provides for ample space to lounge around, sunbathe, have a barbeque and offers the kids an opportunity to run about.

The entire villa is surrounded by high compound wall, adding to its exclusivity and the additional privacy from the rest of the property. Guests residing at this villa may avail, upon prior request, services of a butler and a chauffeur for an additional fee.
